I've been living here about 3 years now but never got around to finding good hunting or fishing spots. I used to hunt and fish all the time when i lived in GA but living in the city put a damper on that. I dont mind hunting public land i just dont know of any places. Never had the problem in GA because my grandpa, my dad and i were always part of some club. Can anyone point me in the direction of good spots for hunting or fishing? For fishing, preferably one's that havent been sucked dry by the average family fishing trips.
For fishing, I've always had good luck at Lake of the Arbuckles (its only 1.5 hours away). They recently had a pro tournament down there and someone pulled a record fish out of there within the last year or two.
