I've eaten at the one on N. May. Top notch food for very little cost.
I attended the north okc a few years ago. It isn't accredited as mentioned before, but unless you were transfering to another culinary school the only classes that would matter would be the basics. As far as education goes they do a fairly good job with basic cooking, but you really need to go on your own to get real in depth knowlege. It basically just gives you an idea to start with when you get out into the real world, but nothing substitutes for the real thing. They do help as far as job placement and knowing other people in the industry. They have gone leaps and bounds though since I graduated, they started adding classrooms and refurbishing the kitchens and restaurant before I left.
