It has to be a NIL Deal and OSU just couldn't or wouldn't match it. She said she was leaving earlier.
This is going to happen a lot before someone gets this NIL deal straightened out.
I think this is what happened and is just a thought.

I think Glenee hit the nail on the head with the NIL. Why not? Not exactly a lot of money to be made in professional women's softball after college. That's just the nature of it. The big talent will go to the big market(university). At some point, big talent will be 'full' and those wanting to transfer to say OU will have to go to OSU and make their mark.

Going from assistant coach to head coach at the other school is not the same. Softball player didn't go from pitcher to head coach. She went to compete for the schools direct rival. It ain't apples to apples.

He did or did not leave for a rival?
