Powder cop

Just setting up my LNL AP and powder seems to be sticking to the shaft in the powder cop die, it's clean and dry. Any advice.

I don't have one but Hornady has a video on their website that addresses how to properly clean it so that it doesn't stick.

If it's totally oil free clean it with de-ionized water and alcohol (50/50 mix). It helps get rid of static.

Or you could just live with it like I do. After a few rounds it's a non-issue.

Empty the powder out and rub it down inside and out with a dryer sheet. It works.

You can run a bunch of powder thriugh it and get it coated well and it should help.

Yep, like others have said, you are experiencing (sp?) static electricity. Because the powder is so light, it sticks, rather than falls on past. try the dryer sheet trick.
