About 20 years ago I was given several I-beams from a friend and for years they just set behind my garage. Once I had children I wanted to build them a clubhouse so given my engineering prowess this is what I came up with. The frame, stairs, and handrails are all hand welded and bolted and then the structure is wood framed bolted to the beams. I started this in 2015. The electric is ran 175 feet underground in conduit from my garage. Pictures incoming.
