Question Regarding Knowledge Of SDA

In the SDA book it states that a CCW license holder may also have a firearm that is magazine loaded as long as it has an empty chamber. Many LEO are not familiar with this. The question is do I need to carry the book around or how do I handle this. I am from a small community, possibly it is just my local officers?
