It sounds like he finally took that left turn at Albuquerque he was always talking about.
Smarter? Maybe! But faster than my trusty Winchester 67? Not likely. Too many of his cousins; cottontails, swamps and jacks, could testify to that.
If they can testify, your not a very good shot!
Side note: A Winchester 67 was my first gun.

Mels son took over the voices when his dad died.Actually he'd been doing them for years befor Mel died
