Reasonable hoodie laws coming to the sooner state

From Barrington, the author of the amendment:

"The bill is not designed to ban hoodies, but to prevent the wearing of masks or disguises in the commission of a crime," Barrington said in a statement.

Here is what the bill actually reads (paragraph B was what he added):

Section 1301. It shall be unlawful for any person in this state
to :
A. To wear a mask, hood or covering, which conceals the
identity of the wearer during the commission of a crime or for the
purpose of coercion, intimidation or harassment;

or

B. To intentionally conceal his or her identity in a public
place by means of a robe, mask, or other disguise.

Really Mr. Barrington? I mean Really? Do you think we are stupid? Or is it that you are just that stupid?

The current statute actually addresses this:

None of this, the proposed law is another reason for police to stop people and have contact, then you can attempt and explain to the officer satisfaction that you're cold or whatever. you're being detained, not arrested.

Absolutely. I have ten jackets with hoods. I'm a bad man.....LOL......

I can envision Game Rangers coming into the woods to enforce the hoodie law when its cold.
They need to see us in our tree stands.

I went into my little bank branch Wednesday afternoon all Hoddy style and all I got were smiles. It was like Harold Hamm coming in to cash that $985 million dollar check. No matter how hard I try to look it just aint happenin for me.

What about people who need head coverings to keep their bodies warm? I use coat with a hood to stay warm, because I have Reynauld's Disease. What's next, you need a doctor's statement to stay warm? Give me a break.
