I really want to buy one of these, but I have a hangup buying a semi-auto that doesn't have a high cap mag. I have looked all over and can't find anyone that makes one.

I haven't seen any high capacity mags anywhere for the .22 mag version. I'd love to have one of these as well but I have a hard time paying double what I payed for the long rifle. Love the 597. Mines very accurate and no issues with it with either the 10 round mag or the 30 rounder.

My dad has one and its the biggest piece of **** I've ever shot. One mag exploded and bruised my knee. If I hadn't had sunglasses on I would be blind in one eye.
His won't cycle. Sits in his truck as a coyote gun but its a single shot. Will be getting rid of it soon.
