Rifle bedding

This is a 2 part post,

1. My rifle won't group I've tried different ammo even from a vice but I was informed that my stock allows the action to wiggle too much. Will bedding help???
2. I was told to contact Steve Baldwin, have any of yall dealt with him or his product?

Good bedding and recoil lug fit usually helps. Are you sure scope is good? Scope base and rings are properly torqued. Is barrel free floated?
