I don't know what brand those are, but even the best shingles in the world don't last very long if they are not installed properly.
There is a reason there is a nail line on shingles.
Hopefully, whoever installed these is still around to stand by their work.
Most shingles require 4-5 nails, and should be hand nailed, not nailed with a gun, and definitely not stapled.
Another big problem here in Oklahoma, is not enough attic/roof ventilation, and the shingles prematurely degrade from the heat, voiding the manufacturers warranty.
