Sorry to hear. One of the hardest things about being a Dog person is having to say Ill see you at our new home on the other side.

It broke my heart when I had to put down my Boston Terrier from kidney failure. I held him in my arms as he faded away.
To this day I don't...well...can't do that again so we have a 200 gallon custom fish tank. We(wife and I) get attached to our fancy Japanese and Chinese Goldfish....but when they pass...I'm attached to them but not as much as I am a dog.
