If he defaults on mobile home payments.
The crooked mobile home place gets the land. That's what they count on.
I am pretty sure the mobile buyer could not use property that he has no title for, to guarantee a trailer.

No you own 10 acres outright, fully paid.
You buy a mobile home and finance.
They have it in their contracts, not only can the repo and take the mobile but your land as collateral to pay so they take that too.

I understand that, but the OP is saying that he would maintain ownership of the title until the property is paid in full.
