Sig 556 Patrol with TRIJICON RM08A mounted????

I have a Sig 556 Patrol with the R/D sight set on it. I want to mount a TRIJICON RM08A on it as my optic, but since the sights do not fold, does anyone know which Trijicon mount you can use that is affective for both the optic and the R/D sights? I was told the R/D sights on the MP5 are similar and the front sight enlosure has to be cut to make the TRIJICON RM08A work.
