Anyone using one? thoughts and opinions...

I just ordered a small one for my shop and out buildings. I ordered a refurbished one. You can save a lot and they have the same warranty. I will not have a monitoring service with it. It should be here next week. If I forget you can PM me the end of next week and I will let you know how it went.

I've used them in 2 different houses. They work great. Any problems I've had have been minor and resolved very quick.

do they charge by the number of sensors you order and what is the cost? is it as easy to set up as they say? does the non monitored system just give you cell phone notifications? thanks for the info.

We have had our Simplisafe System for about 6 months. All problems were easy to fix and few. There isn't a contract. You buy and own all the system with one of two payment options. I researched systems on the web and went with it. It is easy to install.
