SKS pricing?

My brain just exploded. I had no idea the variations were so bountiful.

Where is this unicorn M model that takes AK mags? I want one.

Break out yer money; just pull up gunbroker and enter in "SKS M", "SKS Sporter", or "SKS D". Was one at the gunshow here this weekend: $600. Too rich for me, but most I've seen go for $500-$600.

I'll be cruising the Wanenmacher looking for the "Chinese Security Forces" model. Doesn't take AK mags, but gotta have one.

I didn't mean per say the typical meaning of "investing", I just mean where/what you have invested your money into. I do think a SKS is a poor investment (unless you bought crates of them at $79 and are now flipping them for current absurd prices

No doubt. "Investing" in them now is coming way too late to the party.

Currently I can order chinese SKS for anyone for $380 with tax. They seem to be decent with not cracked stocks.
