So, after reading the ad again I think I misinterpreted it. I thought it was a "cut down at home" shotgun. It's likely one that came from the factory like that....so......never mind. There's nothing to see here, move along.... (waves hand like a jedi)

Factory produced Remington 870 Tac-14's come with Magpul M-Loc forend's. The seller does not say that he/she changed it out so I would suspect that this was a home cut-down, and if so, would be considered a SBS under NFA rules.

My take and i could be wrong it came from the factory with a pistol grip which is legal but once he changed the grip on it it became illegal without a stamp.
Any rifle or shotgun is legal aslong as the overall length is 28 inches anything less is illegal without a stamp, unless it was manufacture that way at the factory and they classify it as a pistol.
Please correct me if im wrong.
