Camp ground? Ride by it lots when out on the bike. Looks like a nice place to camp.

Had occasion to fish it years ago. When the water level is right, it can be a good little canoe float. It's nice to know someone who has a place on the creek. Do you know Jeff Holmes?

It's been a long while for me, but my recollection was of a relatively quiet spot and well suited for relaxation and fishing. However, that's been 30 years. It may be overrun with folks like yourself by now. I'm sure you've checked it out, or will.

Spavinaw Creek is beautiful and teaming with wildlife. There's really no place on Spavinaw Creek that is "overrun with people". It starts out in Arkansas and dumps into Hudson Lake. What part of SC are you looking into?

I thought you meant grouchy horses' asses that just want out of the Godforsaken city and out to recapture just a minute piece of the happier times living in small towns and the country.

The creek is really pretty cool. The area is a meth-lab/tweaker infested cesspool with a high percentage of the population being unemployed and not interested in working.
