Suggestions on what to do around Houston, TX?

Kemah Boardwalk in Kemah/League City on Galveston Bay, ride the Joe's Beast boat ride, enjoy the amusement park rides; Kolaches for breakfast/brunch, just about everywhere but the Kolache Bakery in downtown League City are the best; Gaidos, 38th & Seawall in Galveston, get the red snapper and shrimp cocktail; Amazon Grille on Kirby at Greenway area, kinda noisey but good food; Kenny & Ziggys deli at the Galleria; Capital Grille at Galleria, awesome steaks, $$$$.

Thanks for the input guys. Keep it coming. Definitely a few places I will have to check out. Also, I am living in the woodlands, so any suggestions for things closer to the Woodlands / Spring area would be great.

Cohiba - If I get a chance I think I will have to try that Kelly's Restaurant out. Love me some good old chicken fried steak.
