Sorry to report to you that Ammo is not covered by the 2nd Amendment. The NRA did a story on this a few years ago... Yes they can! It is one of those loophold that needs to be fixed and quick.

SERIOUSLY people! Stop stirring the fear pot, do you really think the government will ever leverage the power to take all the guns much less the ammo? I seriously recommend everyone here go to your local university/school or local educational facility and take a government class. I am sure I will be flamed, maybe even banned for this post but I have had all I can take of all the fear mongering.
