Amazon delivery driver, parking on the wrong side of the road, then backed up and f'd up my mailbox with his mirror Sunday afternoon. It's all on video.

I wonder what @pstmstr would have to say about the mailbox damage?

I might call Amazon but I doubt that they’d be much help. Maybe worth a phone call though.
Otherwise, I’d throw some screws in it and move one.

I would not be surprised if Amazon said too bad so sad. I don't see an email address or a phone number on their website.

Amazon drivers clearly don't have the same rules as UPS drivers.

I'd almost bet Amazon would help in some way. Just click on the "Customer Service" tab on the top and go thru the selectable menu.

I don’t know why they wouldn’t step up and offer to pay. They have it on video, and they can look through their records and tell which driver did that. You’ve got them dead rights. Make a call

Can’t really bash them until you have reached out to them and they have refused to make it right. Yeah it sucks that your mailbox was damaged but stuff happens sometimes. The driver should have reported it And left a note. I would be very surprised if they don’t make it right.
