I'ts been out for awhile, I don't think it got really popular. One of company safir arms actually stopped making them. I myself will not use it for home defense cause of it's length and reliability???. I will stick with a 18in pistol grip 12 guage or a .357 mag revolver.

what's wrong with a .410? I mean multiple rounds in a .410 mag? Multiple mags?
A .410 is perfect for home protection?
Don't confuse perfect with 'one of many options'...hardly perfect.
My first deer was killed with a 30-06, does that make it perfect for home protection, too?
The .410 is a terrible HD choice! Don't buy into all the hype. Get a 20ga if you want light recoil and a shotgun for HD. Better yet, an AR in 5.56 with good defensive ammo.
