I also enlisted into the military police program but soon realized I didn't want to be a gate guard throughout my military career. I transferred to become infantry recon and was proud to be a rifleman first. Of course, I was in the US Army. Some covert assignments in Vietnam progressed into a career in intelligence operations. During my career I was proud to work with many Marine personnel, most of which had extensive combat experience. However, being able to sign your name and survive boot camp did not impress me. My deceased son-in-law did this and he couldn't fight his way out of a wet paper bag.

Get it right, druryj. When I was in the Army, I was stationed on a small Air Force base in Pakistan. We referred to them as "zoomies."

I’d like to see it as well. I was born in 1956 and was at USMC boot camp in January 1975 when the last American left Vietnam. I suspect that if he served at all it wasn’t in Vietnam. My entire time was at Fort Leavenworth KS as part of the USDB Marine Detachment guarding inmates at the military prison.

Besides that, I f he served in USMC he wouldn’t have felt threatened by a high school kid. Maybe he was Army.

What really pisses me off about this story is the real issue was the black guys calling these kids names, made threats and racial slurs and told the kids black classmate that those white folks are going to harvest his organs, and not a peep from the leftist/ liberal POS's that were lambasting these kids before actually knowing what really happened. And after the facts came out had on ass hat accuse the kids of displaying their white privilege by wearing a MAGA hat and standing there smiling while the Indian drummer boy made an ass of himself.

Hell even some conservative dip shits were lambasting these kids, just shows the left has competition for a chance to sit in the dunce chair!!
