According to the article she was outside a place that didn't allow weapons inside. So apparently she is bright enough to know how to piss off the libtards and stay legal.

She tweeted out a response to someone complaining about her not wearing a holster that covered the trigger guard. She said she WAS wearing one - a belly band, but it isn't visible in that photo.

I agree, the person who tried to get her in trouble with the police was pointing out it was a prohibited place - but I don't know the laws in Tennessee, whether the grounds or just the building are off-limits, whether you have to pass through the building to get to the particular balcony she was standing on, etc.,
