#2 for me. My parents instilled a hard work ethic in me and I just can't shake it. Close to retirement two heart attacks several years ago and i still work 50 60 hours a week. i play hard to. Just can't slow down. I enjoy my job which helps.

#2 hits home. I spent years on the road. The money was good, but being a dad was bad. I made a choice to change. I gave up the big house, hotrods, and extra spending cash, but I have time to spend with my wife and kids. It feels great knowing that I can be at everything they do.
My grandpa told me one time that there are two types of people at death.
Those that say "I wish I would have spent more time with my family." and those that say " I am glad I did."
