Tornado + 22LR

Got to thinking this evening about all the .22LR hoarding, prices, complaining, etc......

My question is how many of you load up all your .22LR and take it down the spider hole when a tornado comes???

I can see it now....."Man loses house and all belongings but walks away with 30,000 rds of .22."

You can keep about 9,000 rounds in a 50 cal ammo can.

A gun would be a good idea though and some ammo

Usually we are just concerned about grabbing the kids and their favorite toy, iPad, etc....but I know mossberg makes those seal tight tubes that fit one of their various model shotguns. I was thinking of having one down there ready to go locked up....but, it might just be my inner need to create a cool bat cave and less practical thinking at work..?

Don't see too many tornados in Tulsa. Come to think of it, not much 22LR either.

I have a few things I take with me, but .22 ammo is not on the list.
