This charity looks pretty legit to me, I'll admit I haven't googled it or any of that, I figured I just blurt it out here and get the real deal. But I figured I could skip 1 lunch a month and cut the nut. Am I thinking right?

My neighbor is a retired NYFD lieutenant that worked on the pile after 9/11.

He thinks Frank Stiller walks on water. Of all the bogus and shady charity's out there, this one, appears to be a great one. We do the eleven dollars a month donation and they are sharing in our estate when we pass.

Citizens doing for them what the government should already be doing.

It’s a legit charity IMHO.
“How much of my donation goes directly to the organization's mission? Our program service ratio is over 95%; over 95 cents out of every dollar goes directly to program services. Program service ratio is a key barometer used to measure operating effectiveness.”
One of, if not the best ratios of any charity in the country. Certainly worth our donations as well.
We send them an annual donation vs the monthly.
