Dissolve all alphabet agencies, end all federal funding and oversight of public education, two (term) limits for Kongress, bring all US military home and station them at our borders.

Do all the above on day 1. I'll have a more comprehensive list for day 2.

Get them away from federal funding and make them be self-supporting, and I would suspect one would see a lot more cases brought to trial, giving them the revenue from huge fines.

Bad idea as far as I am concerned....It would incentivise them to "find" evidence to get convictions for the fines! .... I have little faith in most everyone `to be honest at this point.
