Weird.....was just in Academy and saw some 9mm behind the front counter. I figured that I'd pick up a couple of extra boxes so I asked for 2 boxes of the 9mm (the postings around the store stated that the limit on 9mm & 22lr was 2 boxes).

The young lady behind the counter asked if that was all that I wanted.
I replied that I was fine with the 2 boxes figuring that she was inquiring if I needed some of the other ammo behind her.
She said that I was able to get as much as I wanted.
I thought for a second and then said I was fine and thanked her as I've got 9 in the safe and was just looking to add a little to it.
Maybe the limits are fading.
It was Monarch brass 124gr 50rd for 15.99$.

The regular shelves were full of 223, 5.56, 270, 243, 7.62, 30-06, 7mm, 300, shotgun.
No 30-30.

Ya, I saw 50rd boxes of .22lr in the ammo aisle. I don't remember a price. No bulk though obviously. And yes, no 30-30 except for Hornady revolution stuff.

Shelves decently stocked. All the previously limited or hard to find calibers(5.56/.223, 9mm, and .22LR) on the shelf at Academy.

Anybody have a line on some 7.62NATO? I need a hundred rounds for a last minute holiday shoot but that's not one of the calibers I typically stock.

Yesterday evening the Walmart on I-35 had American Eagle "M1A" 7.62x51 available. looked to be at least 100 rounds.

Edmond Academy has a ton of .223/5.56 - every other caliber but .22 - only SD 9mm.

Plenty of bulk .223/5.56 - boxes, sardine cans, ammo cans

Just got back from Walmart on I-35 -- they have .223 (& 5.56) as well as 9mm right now. A few Federal .223 boxes of 100 left for $34.97; quite a few boxes of 20 for $7.97 or so.
Many Winchester 9mm boxes of 100 (forget the price, but something like $25).

I also saw 7.62, .308, etc..

3 Box limit.
