The EPA has no interest in our well being or betterment. They screwed my company over so hard that your childrens children will be paying for the changes we have to implement to produce electricity. Right now we are looking at over $1B in upgrades in order to become compliant with the EPA mandate since we lost and the Supreme court would not hear our case.

Please specify which FAQ you mean here, and how it contributes to the understanding of the changes in the CWA.
If there's a "comment period" that involves the EPA, then there has to be a public notice or proposed rule change / addition. In that case, there has to be a link to the proposal in the Federal Register. Can the OP provide this information?
