OK. I've been out of the loop for a few years. Are the Oklahoma DL's going to be valid after that date?

If you have a Oklahoma Drivers License, you do need a passport to fly to Hawaii.
(Oklahoma Driver License is not a valid ID)

Wife and I flew there in February; no problem using an OK DL then.

I taught under a Principal at a high school once that was asked by the school newspaper staff “What foreign country would like to visit most?”. His response was Hawaii. NOT KIDDING.

It’s no different than flying to Florida.

It's my understanding that Oklahoma keeps getting "extensions" on the Real ID compliance, thus that is probably the reason for the October 10 date. Unless they get yet another extension, after October 10, the OK licenses wouldn't work.
