west of weatherford ammo availability?

Anyone got any deets on the ammo scene out there? Got fanily out thata way, and might be headin out there, but don't wanna waste my time at the walmarts etc if they don't habe anything instock. And by anything I mean 22lr...thanks!

There is only one Wal Mart west of Weatherford. It is at Elk City, like all Wal Marts, Weatherford and Elk City have very little ammo. Atwoods in Clinton and Elk City is probably pretty similar in stock to Wal Marts.

I have found some 22lr in some Mom and Pops Hardware store out in BFE.

Try the Firing Pin, its just NW of Clinton. Not sure about 22LR, but when I was there last Friday he had lots of 45 and 40 ammo, and others as well. From the intersection of 28th and Modelle, 2 miles north and 1.5 miles west. Also might try Gardeners Guns in Elk City.

I bet it will be hit or miss just about anywhere right now.
People having been searching out all the regular and out of the way shops for weeks.
Best bet is sit back and wait the stupidity out.

Was at Elk City Walmart earlier, and all I saw was some 270, 30-06 and a few shotgun shells
