I knew that Constitutional carry was up this year - didn't give it a snow ball's chance in hell of passing. Even if it gets pass the legislature I didn't see Fallon signing it.

Because it passed the house safety commitee with flying colors and then the house vote with a landslide. I need to look it up again and see where its at.
Will it require a popular vote?
Our bill is not a true "Constitutional Carry" bill. It's a permitless open carry bill. Still have to have a permit to conceal. Part of why I'm not overly excited about it. Not very many people open carry, so it's a gesture mostly.
I believe so but I need to read it again...hold up.
This will get changed later...baby steps.
If I'm reading that correctly, then AR pistols would be considered handguns for the purpose of the SDA.
