What are these marks?

I would like to know if anyone can tell me what these marks mean. I have tried to look them up and can't find anything.
It is a FLLI Pietta cat 3046, Model PPS/50. Made in Italy and imported by Mitchell Arms. I was told it is a was made in 1981. I know that Puma makes these now. I don't know if they are the same or not.
I want to know what these inport marks mean. Thanks guys.

Don't have anything to do with importing really.
They are proof marks from different inspectors.
The only import marks would say the name and U.S.city/state of the importer.
Usually on the barrel Mitchell arms or Squire Bingham were the 2 main ones.
