Has anyone used a 22lr kit on a mac11? I am thinking about picking up a mac 9mm and would like to put a 22 kit on it so I can have a lot of fun without going broke on ammo
AC 556 or an H&R Reising 50 would be a good start.
MAC's are hard to beat. I picked up my 10/9 last year and have had a lot of fun. I would recommend finding a 45ACP version as you can change uppers and add a magwell insert to change to 9MM, but cant go from 9mm to 45 as the magwell isnt big enough for 45 mags. The best part about MAC's is they are like AR's and Lego's. You can make them how you want them.

M1 Carbines are selling for under $5K and they are not to much to feed, and Riesings can be had for under $4000 (but mags are $$$)

"MrShooter" There is a MAC 11-a1 380 with s suppressor listed on subcal.com for $2500. That sounds like a great deal.
