I totally understand why this happened, and why the manager didn't intervene.
If it was the other way, it would be a hate crime, investigated by the highest authority.

This story keeps getting stranger......appears the girl was a guy. The manager has been fired and maybe others soon. I guess Ronald doesn't fire people for acting to protect ones life like Pizza Hut.

IMO, the "hate crime" angle is irrelevant. It shouldn't matter why some POS assaults/rapes/kills someone. We already have laws that cover the offenses. If we hesitate or fail to intervene in a deal like this, we are lost a Republic and a society. If the law protects the criminals instead of the victims, it's time to watch "Death Wish" or "Sudden Impact" for helpful ideas.

Because crimes committed by one particular race against any others is much more diabolical than ones committed against them by others, so much so that there has to be a special classification and penalty for them.

I concur that modifier laws are senseless and unnecessary. On the other hand...
One does not simply roll up in da hood. Its Mickey D's are guarded by more than just bia's. There is evil there that does not sleep. The gangsta's are ever watchful. It is a barren wasteland, riddled with haters, ash, and badonkadonks. The very air you breathe is a poisonous fume. Not with ten thousand peeps could you do this. It is 730.
