Left overs, Pork Chops, twice baked potatoes, sweet carrots, cornbread casserole, baked beans. The world will be happy when I finish off this last bit of baked beans, I even surprise myself sometimes!! lol

I had one of my wild ideas the other night so tonight was experiment night.
I took some boneless chicken breast and sliced them about 1/4" thick. Tossed then in a skillet and stir fried them until almost done. Covered with 2 cans of sliced zucchini in Italian tomato sauce and 1 can of diced tomatoes with sweet onion. Simmered 30 minutes and served over egg noodles. Not bad at all.
