Will Charleston take us back to 2013, or are we out of the woods yet?

I have been wondering the same thing myself. I don't THINK Charleston will have the same impact only for a couple of reasons. First, there was not AR involved it was a 45 pistol. Second, the victims were not little kids. I know the media and politicians are trying to use this to their advantage but I don't see much more than another attempt at 100% background checks for private as well as retail sales. That said, I have my eye on a new pea shooter but I am considering ammo instead.

I agree but with different reasoning. Charleston by all appearance is not showing any "need" for gun control. It just doesn't fit the democrat narrative. I watched a bit of their first sermon today. I heard nothing but tolerance. Charleston so far is showing the country how it supposed to be done. Sharp ton and Jackson have been nowhere to be seen as far as I can tell. That's pretty telling.
