Can’t say what anyone else would do if confronted by this situation. If the roles were reversed, I don’t think there is a single police officer that would not have helped a guy in that predicament. If they couldn’t have helped him down, they sure would have summoned people that could. The announcer on that video is a pure s$$hole. Wonder who he will call when he needs the police.
