The one I *want*: Redhawk 5.5" .45 colt

The ones I *have*: SW 625 Mountain Gun 4" .45 Colt, Taurus 94 5" 9-shot .22lr, Taurus RB 4.5" .454 casull, Dan Wesson 15 .357 mag - multiple bbls.

I'd buy a Lorcin before I'd buy a Smith with a lock on it again.

You're more man than I am, wanting to shoot an U.L. .357 mag snubby. I admit that the 642CT would be the pig's feces, but for the lock on it - .38 spl isn't that bad in an UL.

I have a Smith 642, pre-lock I bought used on Bud's. Added crimson trace "LASER" grip I bought new on ebay for $130. Nice carry gun.

I wouldn't mind finding an old New England Firearms or H&R .22, nine shot. Any length barrel is fine. I think they go for like a c-note or a bit more.

Anyone got one lying around?

Hmm - probably a S&W 325 Night Guard, or else a 317 / 617. I'm staying away from .38/.357 caliber as long as I can
