I may have told this story on here, but in 1985, my Dad, Grandfather, and I were on a lease here in east TX, and one Sunday, my Dad left me in my stand while he went to church (my Grandfather was out there but on a different part of the property). I had to go to the bathroom and was sitting on a 5 gallon bucket tending business when a buck walked out. I grabbed my rifle and shot him. After the paperwork was done, I climbed out of the stand and went to find the deer.
I pee out of the deer stand all the time and am convinced it has no effect on the deer.

Came up from Arizona hunted packsaddle man it was a blast but had brought my weatherby 6.5x300 shot this guy maybe 20 yards next year iron sights missed a big 10 point couldn’t get in scope

Thx man I appreciate it. It’s a lot different hunting than I’m used to but I’ll tell you what the respect and kindness from everyone I had contact within the 7 days in Oklahoma man it was awesome there some great people especially for me being a out of stater. Will be back for the 2024 season.
