Exactly. The modern liberal is more a cross between a socialist and a capitalist, with just a little bit of communist thrown in. Really there is not a whole lot of difference in the goal of Republicans and Dims. The big difference is how they plan to go about it.

As I have said before, libertarians are more like Blue Dog Democrats. They still want the personal freedoms but do not believe in a large government or strong defense.

I think libertarians believe in strong defense but minimal intervention. Both D and R believe in intervention, but on their own terms(which vary widely).

That is just what we need more laws... Don't you think we have enough on the books now? Hell if we would use a couple of them we would not have this immigration issue now. Send there asses back if they crossed illegally.
