If a person gets to their work with a properly carried weapon (no Permit) and loads it and then conceals and walks into the store from the parking lot...

This. If you have the CCL, you're legal from the point of view of the state. If you have it in writing from the owner, you're covered. Then just don't tell the manager. Keep it concealed. What she don't know may just save her life.
