I know my brother up by Enid has had 3 people fined around 1500 each in the past few months. Two of them he walked about .5 miles with and got them talking to him and admitted everything they had done. When they got to the road the game warden who my brother called was waiting for them.

...Also a 3 years suspension of hunting and fishing priviledges being suspended would be nice.

What good would this do? They are already hunting illegally, so obviously breaking the rules isn't much of a concern to these types.
Like suspending someones driving license because they were driving on a suspended license... WTF?
Fines. BIG BIG FINES. Not pay it out over the next 50 years fines, but pay it all in 30 days or go to jail till you can fines. Sell your truck, morgage your house, beg, borrow, sell BJs on the corner, but pay all the fines NOW. Then take that money and hire some more part time GWs to work deer season. Not full time, weekends off, vacation, etc., just 2 shifts for 12 hour days, 7 days a week, 6 months out of the year, and get the other 6 off, and pay them well. All the current GWs keep on year round.

It all boils down to fines. BIG fines. Fines for their stupidity even if they are legally following the regulations at the time they're checked.

How much would those bracelets cost the state, meaning you and me, though? Good idea maybe, but perhaps unrealistic in cost IMO

Pretty sure if they're having to wear them they have to pay for the upkeep, the checking of it and anything else that comes along with it. Why not make them pay that as part of their fine too.

Once they're caught and fined, they shouldn't be able to continue hunting legally. They should have several years off to be sure they're punished. Sure they could poach again, but after those fines hopefully not. The suspension would be just an extra measure past just monetary punishment. I think it makes alot of sense.
