I don't think they can get away with it for so long. If that thing can fire FA on shoulder like that I don't think the ATF will likes it too much. I wouldn't pay $300+ for it... I use rubber band instead. hahahha
It doesn't shoot full auto. It's bump fire. Not illegal yet to bump fire.
The whole argument that people had with ATF was 1 pull 1 fire. But where the problem lies. Is ATF has unlimited legal at their disposal, and who is willing to spend millions if not more to defend themself to keep themself out of jail. No matter if you are in the right.
The original Akins Accelerator case could have been won, but they did not want to spend the money to go up against ATF who had unlimited legal at their disposal. So ask yourself is it worth it? Now if you are a young lawyer trying to make a name for yourself, like possibly one of the ones on this forum that might be a possibility. But I really doubt it.
A bump fire can be made with a string and a tree, it is not that hard.
