I put the seat back down because, sometimes, I have to take a crap.
I guess the city cops not stopping to help must be OKC and Tulsa, last time I changed a ladies tire here in Lawton a lady cop stopped behind us so no one would run into us.(I was on my motorcycle).

Just speaking from my experiences, the police in our region have never lifted a finger to be helpful anytime they could. But the first instance anyone in my family slips up they are right there to threat a fine or write one.
