Let me say first of all that NBC is the worst network and the most biased there is in the US but frankly this is getting just plain stupid.

Gabby Douglas is the first African-American to win the women's all-around gymnastics title and NBC talked about how amazing that was. Then they ran a commercial of a Monkey doing gymnastics. The lefties go nuts saying it was racist for them to run that commercial right after Douglas won her Gold. HUH?????

I have to agree with Glenn Reynolds.

"IF, WHEN YOU SEE A COMMERCIAL WITH A MONKEY, YOUR FIRST THOUGHT IS “BLACK PEOPLE,” then you just might be a racist.

“I’d like to feel sorry for NBC for coming under such a plainly false accusation of racial intent. Except it’s what NBC does to others all the time.”

I have never in my life seen a monkey and thought of black people. Heck I can not remember seeing anything that made me think of black people or any other race for that matter. Am I an unknowing racist because I do not, or are the liberals that do the racist???

NBC sucks. Go to msnbc.com and under the sports section you will see that Gabbys mom filed for bankruptcy this year. That is a top headline. Why is that even newsworthy? It's nobody else's business. The fact that you have to click "more stories" to find out that Andy Reid's son was found dead in training camp this morning is even more disturbing. Nice prioritizing of stories...

We were all monkeys. I look at the term money when comparing them to humans as someone who likes to climb . So I call my youngest daughter a monkey sometimes because she likes to climb. People just like to tell you what you mean. I know you meant bla bla when you said.... I would tell them to quit trying to read my mind. They would never understand what goes on in my head. Heck most times I don't understand what's going on in my head. Sad thing is people just want a fight and they don't care what the fight is as long as there is one.
