have always found sportsman guide, natchez shooters, and brigade quartermaster to have better deals. then seeing how they supported the shooting community, all I can say is CTD :finger:

Charging extra during a scare is one thing... annoying and not kosher, in my book... but... dropping firearms altogether because of political climate is unforgivable.

I just simply refused to pay their inflated ammo prices. If they had a decent deal, I went ahead and bought. I was, however, not aware that they stopped selling firearms during the Sandy Hook scare. I believe I'll think twice before giving them any more of my business.

The last time I spent any money with CTD was, oh, June of 2011? They had a helluva run on Fed XM193 - $140 for 700 rds.

The only time I visit their website is if I fail to look at the URL of a Google result before I click it. I have removed myself from all of their mailing lists, and made sure to tell them why. All I got in response was a weak form e-mail saying, essentially, "Give us another chance! We didn't mean it, we promise!"

Scumbags.
