That's the first one I have seen with a magwell. I like the hand guards much better and the sight is a big improvement as well. I know there is a new drum coming out for vepr. I wonder if it will fit. I did my first saga 12 conversion last week and I was shocked how easy it was. I think you could do it the second time around in less than an hour. the parts for the standard conversion are less than $200.
Yep super easy. I can drill everything off etc in a few minutes. The ya just left with plugging holes and modifying g2 hammer to fit 12. As some may know it's too talk for the lower sitting s12. So must be ground down to fit not Carolina shooters sells a pre modified version.
Armslist had (Moore area) had some vepr 12 mags 4 12rd'ers for $100 btw
Ps folks out at metcalfs gun show today had a s20 old version with that silly rail up top on gas tube and had it marked at 1k. I got em down to 900 but I was offerin 600. Sure it's america price how you want but I like my gun prices to be alooooooot more reasonable than that
ok have heard from legion that the minimum is 8, so looks like we need 4 more barring no folks that have already said they want to change their mind...
i am gettin ready to head to 2 rivers and will report what he says about conversion and handling the money side of it all. we dont want it goin squirrely...
Two rivers said they could get guns shipped to them no prob. Same with cold hand. Steve at cdol hand suggested that we can prob each individually call and pay legion, once we have enough folks that the the price is right. So there will be no weird money shenanigans like in that sticky on front page. We just get enough folks in here interested, then pick like a 3 day window where we all call in and pay legion. they'll have whosever ffl we decide to use and within a few days will have some sexy scatterguns!!
Now, two rivers said they could do conversions no problem but didn't want to hunt down parts. So basically you would need to source the parts you wanted to use and they would fit and affix them. he didn't give a price , said be on a case by case basis.
