I wouldn't hold my breath on anything being done from a law enforcement standpoint... either locally or with the feds or with the post office.

I've seen too many instances of clear-cut cases of theft and fraud being presented to them, some with video evidence, and local DAs will not press any charges, issue a warrant, nothing. This is multiple areas, across state lines, etc. Even child pornography. I even presented multiple law enforcement agencies including the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs with clear evidence of someone falsifying prescriptions to obtain narcotics, also with solid video evidence, an obvious paper trail, multiple pharmacies involved across state lines - zip. Nada.

There's a reason this country is going to ****.

True life is quite boring. Those on barfcom and this forum that want immediate legal gratification are in for a long disappointment.

Which is why, at the second sign of an issue the OP should have involved LE.

You don't give someone 16 chances to make something right.

The really sad part is, this douche is probably going to get away with stealing those lowers, because they were voluntary sent to him, and not really "stolen". This guy's remedy is going to lie in civil court, and from the look of things the perp doesn't have 2 nickles to rub together.

They are gone, and everyone with the sense the good Lord gave a goose knows it.

Not only this, but rash reaction often leads to bigger regrets. In this case, the law is punitive when crimes are committed. If there is any shot at making this right before charges move forward, it is likely in everyone's best interest.

The paper trail is there. Pretty open and shut case.

Don't forget the OP is just the middleman. He doesn't jump until told to.

Great point. Glad to see common sense return. You can all put out your torches on this witch hunt.

The DA doesn't care.

These three quotes sum up the situation quiet nicely, unfortunately. It would be in everybody's best interest for those who are involved in this to stop posting and just quietly handle the situation ... privately ... IMHO, of course ... :)
